Tasmania is considered a low termite risk area, and a formal Timber Pest Inspection is not routinely recommended as part of a standard pre-purchase building inspection. Our assessment is a visual inspection only and is not conducted in accordance with AS 4349.3-2010. It does not replace a specialist Timber Pest Inspection. If further investigation is required, we recommend engaging a fully qualified, licensed, and insured Timber Pest Inspector.
